Returns & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The item was purchased within the last 15 days.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or personalized products.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened or used.
Sale or discounted items unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at savyx.pk@gmail.com with your order details and product images.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days using the same payment method used during purchase.
Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit or a gift voucher once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
